Medical Cannabis Assessment & Education

Medical Cannabis

The Clinic Network
was founded in 2015, along with Lift Resource Centres, is a division of Cura-Can Health Group and currently has 10+ clinics assessing patients across Canada for their eligibility into Health Canada’s Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations (ACMPR) program.

The ACMPR provides the only legal framework for patients to legally use cannabis for therapeutic use. Patients can access TCN through its secure patient registration portal at or by contacting TCN directly to talk to an experienced intake coordinator.

TCN physicians will assess patient eligibility through chart review and/or discussions with the patients’ primary care physician or specialist(s). When deemed eligible, an appointment is scheduled for either an on-site consultation or a tele-medicine appointment for remote access. In either case, the physician will complete the required medical document authorizing the patient to use cannabis as medicine.

Visit the TCN website here to learn more and schedule an assessment.

If you already have a referral from your physician please Fax/provide a copy of any relevant reports/letters from consulting specialist.
