What are Orthotics?

Orthotics are custom foot supports. They are designed to fit your feet more accurately than over-the-counter arch supports, relieving foot pain and restoring your natural foot function. Many 'biomechanical' (walking) complaints such as heel pain, knee pain and lower back pain are caused by poor foot function. Foot orthotics actually re-align the foot and ankle bones to their neutral position, restoring natural foot function, improving posture and also alleviating problems in other parts of the body.
