Massage therapy to make you feel and perform better
From injury rehabilitation and stress release to overall wellness, massage therapy is more than just relaxation
You may think of a massage as a great solution when you are stressed out. But massage therapy is a lot more than that. Massage therapy can be extremely powerful in the treatment of a wide range of today’s health problems – from sprains and strains to sciatica, and everything in between. Our MedRehab registered massage therapists are all trained to provide healing therapy for conditions that include, headaches, poor circulation, sports injuries, chronic and acute pain, the discomfort of pregnancy and much more.
Although massage therapy affects the body as a whole, it particularly influences the activity of the musculoskeletal, circulatory, lymphatic, and nervous systems. Massage has been practiced as a healing therapy for centuries in nearly every culture around the world.

What is Massage Therapy?
Massage is a manual therapy that manipulates the soft tissues to soothe, heal, and decrease muscle tension, pain and stress. It has a therapeutic affect and improves overall health by acting directly on the muscular, nervous, circulatory and lymphatic (immune) systems. Massage techniques range from traditional Swedish to pressure point and lymphatic drainage to:
- release pain
- reduce swelling and blood pressure
- enhance respiratory function and mobility of joints, and
- alleviate emotional, physical and mental tension.
||Our talented massage therapists will treat the source of your pain/discomfort and work to alleviate the problem from where it originated.
