ime

An Independent Medical Examination or Insurer's Examination is performed when a confirmation or clarification of a diagnosis and prognosis is required. This assessment is conducted by a medical specialist specific to the type of injury/illness in question through a comprehensive interview and examination (as appropriate), and a review of file documentation. The IME specialist prepares a report for the client, the report is submitted into our Quality Auditing System to ensure accuracy and that our client’s questions have been adequately addressed.
